Micah Martin, son of Uncle Bob (does that make Micah a cousin?) has posted two interesting blog entries. One of them answers a few questions I asked Micah, and one is a tale of two apprentices.

Pam Rostal contacted me to let me know that she is part of a community working on pedagogical apprenticeship patterns and androgogical approaches to learning in agile software development teams (wiki). This stuff excites me because it appears to be synergetic with what I'm working on. While our apprenticeship patterns are written to apprentices, Pam's work looks like it's aimed at educators and masters. To see software craftsmanship being pushed from multiple levels is encouraging!
